Irina Golub, CPA is a founder and managing partner at Karlinsky & Golub CPAs, LLC (formerly known as Innovative Accounting Solutions, LLC). Irina has over 20 years of experience providing a wide array of accounting, tax and advisory services to closely held businesses and entrepreneurial companies. She focuses on the accounting, tax and general business issues faced by her clients, including tax and regulatory changes. Prior to founding Karlinsky & Golub CPAs in 2003, Mrs. Golub worked at Anchin, Block & Anchin, leading CPA firm in New York City.
During her career, Irina has provided attestation and consulting services as well as income tax preparation services for individuals and corporate entities. She also acted as a CFO to a broad range of clients and worked closely with the business management and founders to develop business models, capitalization tables as well as budgets and forecasts.
In addition, Mrs. Golub specializes in advising clients on the US tax aspects of international taxation such as U.S. executives working overseas, foreign executives working and residing in U.S., tax issues facing those immigrating to the U.S, as well as income tax treaties, foreign tax credits and Subpart F rules.
She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA).
Yanina Karlinsky, CPA
Yanina Karlinsky, CPA is a founder and managing partner at Karlinsky & Golub CPAs, LLC (formerly known as Innovative Accounting Solutions, LLC). Prior to founding Karlinsky & Golub CPAs in 2003 with Mrs. Golub, Yanina worked at Anchin, Block & Anchin, leading CPA firm in New York City.
Yanina has over 20 years of experience providing tax and consulting services for privately held companies across a variety of industries. She serves clients in medical, legal, construction, real estate, and other industries. Yanina works with her clients on business and administrative issues, including forming and operating businesses. She develops tax-planning strategies to guide her clients through the various phases of the business cycle. Mrs. Karlinsky emphasizes the importance of listening and understanding the clients’ needs and works diligently to provide practical solutions to their problems. Her practice also includes assistance with planning, budgeting and developing cash flow strategies.
Mrs. Karlinsky has extensive knowledge of payroll taxation as well as complex sales tax issues in New York. She specializes in sales tax audits as well as income tax examinations.
She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA).
